Is breakfast served on site? Breakfast is served on site at €18 per person per day. It's an unlimited buffet. You can also choose the express breakfast at 9€. It's also available to take away.
Is breakfast served in my room? We do not offer this service, but we can make exceptions for special cases requiring room service.
What time is breakfast served? Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekdays and until 10:45 a.m. at weekends.
Do you have a restaurant in the hotel? We don't have a restaurant in the hotel. However, we do offer room service with a choice of artisanal pizzas to be enjoyed in your room.
Do you know of any restaurants nearby? Yes, we keep an up-to-date list of restaurants in our digital concierge service, based on feedback from our guests and your preferences.
Do you have a parking garage ? How much does it cost ? Yes, we have a parking garage accessible via a car elevator, at a rate of €21 per day per car (from 12 noon to 12 noon the following day). Please note that all vehicles must not exceed 1m90 in height and 1900 kg in weight. Please contact the hotel to check availability and reserve your parking space.
Is the parking lot secure? Yes, our parking lot is accessible only to hotel guests. It is underground and secured by surveillance cameras.
If not, where can I park? You can park in the "Fosse aux Ours" parking lot, close to the hotel.
Is there any public transport near the hotel? Yes, the "T1" tramway, "liberté" stop, and the "Guillotière" metro station are close to the hotel.
What transport links are there to Part Dieu or Perrache stations? Only the T1 tram links the two stations, passing close to the hotel at the "liberté" stop.
How do I get to the airport? You can choose between the "Rhônexpress" (tram from Part Dieu station) and taxis. We will be delighted to advise you on the best option for your needs.
Do you have a swimming pool? No, we don't have a swimming pool at the hotel, but you can use the pool at the "Centre Nautique Tony Bertrand" near the hotel.
Do you have a SPA? No, we do not have a spa. We will be happy to advise you on the best option for your needs.
Do you have a gym? No, but we can recommend several nearby gym options.
What time is check-in? Check-in is possible from 3pm.
What time is check-out? Check-out is before 12.00 noon.
Can we arrive earlier? We will be delighted to welcome you earlier, if the rooms are ready before the scheduled time. However, we do have a secure luggage room, free of charge, for all our guests.
Can we leave later? We can offer a late check-out, subject to availability, at an additional cost beyond the agreed time.
Do you have rooms with balconies? Only our Junior Suites have balconies and views of the Rhône. Please choose the room category that suits you best when making your reservation.
Do you have a fridge? Each room has a mini-bar with fridge.
Do you have rooms with a bath? Only the "Prestige" rooms have a bath. Please add a comment requesting a room with a bath, and be sure to choose the room category when making your reservation.
Do you have smoking rooms? Non-smoking rooms? Our hotel is entirely non-smoking and smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Can I bring a pet into the room? Yes, we accept pets for a fee of €12 per pet per day.
Is the hotel close to the centre? Our hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the centre of Lyon (presque-ile).
Do you have family rooms? Yes, only our junior suites can accommodate two adults and two children (under 11 years / child bed).
